who are experiencing dis-ease (not having ease in the body or mind),
learn to use mind-body medicine to optimize sleep, nutrition, and energy.
I help you know how to slow down, listen to your own intuitive wisdom to nourish the whole-self, with a focus on mental health and self-compassion, regulating the nervous system so you experience more joy and ease moment-to-moment.

My coaching blends modern science and the ancient Vedic wisdom systems of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Jyotish, illuminating mind, body and soul connection for more vibrant living.
